1. SPONSOR
Mitsubishi Chemical America, Inc., Sporting Goods Division with a place of business at 1945 Kellogg Avenue, Carlsbad, CA 92008 (“Sponsor”).
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the United States Golf Association (USGA), the U.S. Open Championship, Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, or any other organization or tournament organizer. All references to tournament locations or events are for prize description only and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States.
Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of each are not eligible.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM PT on March 2, 2026, and ends at 12:00 PM PT on May 1, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Method 1: Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://mitsubishigolf.com/pages/love-your-driver-more and complete the entry form by providing your name, email address, and any other required information. By entering online, entrants may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and SMS text messages from Sponsor. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP and may unsubscribe from emails using the link provided in each message. Consent is not required to enter or win.
Method 2: Free Alternative Method of Entry (Mail-In)
To enter without completing the online form, mail a handwritten 3x5 card including your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by MAY 1, 2026 and received by MAY 1, 2026.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be void. Purchase does not increase chances of winning.
5. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) Grand Prize Package (Total Approximate Retail Value: $7152)
The Grand Prize consists of:
• Two (2) VIP hospitality/entry tickets for Saturday and Sunday at a major professional golf championship in Southampton, New York (Champions Pavilion)
o Approximate Retail Value: $5500
• One (1) $1,000 travel voucher for the customer

• One (1) Mitsubishi Golf / Diamana prize pack, including branded gear and one (1) driver head paired with a Mitsubishi Golf / Diamana shaft, professionally fit

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS
• Travel arrangements beyond the stated travel vouchers are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• No alcohol is included as part of the prize.
• Tickets are subject to all venue and tournament guest policies.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including income and withholding taxes.
• Sponsor is not responsible for event cancellation, postponement, or force majeure.
7. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator within three business days of the Sweepstakes Period end date.
The drawing will be documented and auditable.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within [72 hours], fails to return required documents, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. AFFIDAVIT, RELEASES & COMPLIANCE
As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must execute and return a winner affidavit and release, which includes:
• confirmation of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules;
• a release of liability related to participation, prize acceptance, travel, and event attendance;
• consent to publicity (where permitted by law); and
• an agreement to comply with all applicable tournament, venue, and guest policies.
Failure to return required documents may result in forfeiture.
10. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes, including income and withholding taxes, associated with prize receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for prizes with a value exceeding $600.
11. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, city/state, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. PRIVACY
Sponsor collects personal information to administer the Sweepstakes, contact winners, fulfill prizes, and for marketing and analytics purposes.
Information may be shared with vendors and fulfillment partners. Sponsor retains data in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable law.
Entrants may request access, deletion, or opt out of marketing communications as permitted by law. California entrants may have additional rights under state law.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or unauthorized intervention.
By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. WINNERS LIST
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Diamana "Love Your Driver More" Summer Sweepstakes, c/o Mitsubishi Chemical America, Inc., Sporting Goods Division, 1945 Kellogg Avenue, Carlsbad, CA 92008 within 60 days of Sweepstakes Period end date.
