That shaft is still excellent and it’s still in a lot of bags for good reason. (I’m probably 100+ rounds in mine.) But the smoother load and slightly lower kick are real improvements in feel. If the old one ever struck you as a touch too rigid, this version addresses exactly that without giving up stability."
